How it works
Technology of plant’s operation
Wastewater is fed into the receiving tray before the screen. The filtration process occurs by filtering the treated flow through the screen cloth, which consists of a set of vertical steel plates with a stepped profile. The odd-numbered plates are fixed to the screen body, while the even-numbered plates are attached to a movable frame.
The gap between the plates ranges from 3 to 6 mm. The removal of trapped contaminants from the screen blade is carried out by the reciprocating movement of the even-numbered plates using an electric drive. This movement transports the trapped contaminants upward along the screen blade. The discharge of trapped contaminants is either directly into a collecting container or onto a belt/screw conveyor, and then into a container.
