The plant is designed for physical-chemical treatment of industrial wastewaters from increased content of suspended solids, oil products, BOD, COD, heavy metals and other indices to the requirements for admission of the treated wastewaters in the centralized sewerage network or to the norms of discharge to the water bodies of different types.
In terms of design, the plant Crystall-PROM consists of above-ground block-containers. The plant is completed with control (automation) systems, technological equipment, heating, lightening and ventilation systems and cables.
Fixation of container-blocks to the foundation is fulfilled by means of support plates, fixed with anchor bolts or welding (if there are embedded elements in the foundation).
Technology of the plant's operation
The technological scheme of the plant «Crystall-PROM» is based on the physical-chemical treatment method. In the standard version, initial effluent is supplied under pressure through the mixing chamber to the pressure flotator «Crystall-FN», where the finely dispersed suspended solids and emulsified oil products are divided from treated water and removed as flotation sludge. Coagulant and flocculant solutions are preliminary dosed into the mixing chamber to intensify the treatment processes. Treated water after flotators is sent to two-staged filtering (mechanical and sorption filters) so that to remove the residual impurities concentrations. Treated water comes into the clean (flushing) water reservoir and from there it is discharged by overflow through water metering unit. Flushing of mechanical and sorption filters is carried out with a pump from the flushing water reservoir.
Depending on the technical task and discharge conditions, the plant can be additionally equipped with an automatic screen, ultrafiltration plant, reverse osmosis unit, disinfection plant, sludge treatment block and other equipment.
