Containerized wastewaters treatment plant «Crystall-BIO-MBR»

«Crystall-BIO-MBR» is designed for deep biological treatment of domestic and close to them in composition industrial wastewaters to the MPC standards for discharge into a fishery water body.

Taking into account a high degree of purification, the treated wastewater can be also used in the system of water recycling as technical water.
There are the following processes in the treatment scheme: 

  • equalization (option);
  • mechanical treatment;
  • deep biological treatment of wastewaters with high-concentrated biomass of the microorganisms (active sludge) with usage of nitri- and denitrification processes;
  • physical-chemical wastewaters treatment from phosphorus compounds;
  • separation of the sludge mixture by means of membrane ultrafiltration;
  • disinfection;
  • sludge dewatering.

All technological equipment is placed in prefabricated containers. There are heating, lighting and ventilation systems and control boards in the set of delivery.
