«Crystall-BIO-MBR» is designed for deep biological treatment of domestic and close to them in composition industrial wastewaters to the MPC standards for discharge into a fishery water body.
Taking into account a high degree of purification, the treated wastewater can be also used in the system of water recycling as technical water.
There are the following processes in the treatment scheme:
All technological equipment is placed in prefabricated containers. There are heating, lighting and ventilation systems and control boards in the set of delivery.
Technology of the plant's operation
Feed water is supplied by means of submersible pumps to the mechanical treatment, where mineral and organic impurities of size more than 1-2 mm are captured and removed from the flow. All entrapped products come into the waste containers. The clarified water comes into the equalization tank after mechanical treatment to equalize the solutions and impurities concentrations.
A relative simple method of biological oxidization and recovering according to the scheme of nitrification and denitrification processes is used as technology of removal of biogenic contaminations.
Phosphorus removal is carried out with a combined chemical and biological method, by means of adding coagulants based on iron and aluminum ions to the wastewater.
To support conditions for effective removal of nitrogen from wastewaters, a continuous air supply to the nitrification zone has been provided. To mix of the incoming effluent with active sludge and to keep it in suspension, the submersible mixers are installed in the denitrification zone.
MBR (membrane bioreactor) is used to increase the oxidation capacity of treatment plants, where the sludge separation is based on the ultrafiltration by means of flat or hollow-fiber polymer membranes. This allows maintaining a high dose of the active sludge in the bioreactor and substantial reduction in the volume of the facilities. Besides of that the protection from bringing of active sludge in the treated water is fully provided.
