Plant’s operation technology
Feed water after preliminary treatment with reagents comes to the distribution box. Treated water is equally divided into many flows and comes to the inclined lamellas. Sedimentation process occurs through the contamination precipitation on the lamellas surface. Precipitated impurities move over the lamellas surface under gravity and accumulate in the bottom part of the separator. Discharge of the sediment from the accumulating unit is carried out periodically in automatic mode or manually. Water after settling comes to the water gutters through a regulated overflow and is removed from the separator.
