The technology is based on the method of contact biochemical iron and manganese oxidization in the presence of air oxygen in the oxidizing chamber and subsequent filtering on rapid filters. There is provided the most stable work of the plant in a wide range of treated water compositions and with a possibility to remove the dissolved gases (carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide etc.), reduction of oxidizability, colority and ammonia. That is achieved by enhanced aeration and including of a biological component of the contact oxidization process.

Filters’ and overflow chamber’s housings are cylinders, manufactured of the spirally twisted HDPE pipe or stainless steel.
The set of equipment of non-pressure block-modular water treatment plant «Crystall-B» is individually calculated for each facility, based on the data about the chemical compound of the feed water.

  • All housing elements and details of the plant are manufactured of corrosion proof materials with a warranty period of operation not less than 30 years.
  • The bioreactor has a special aeration system and polymer load that provide intensive mass-exchanging, oxidizing, physical-chemical and biological processes, degassing and aeration of the treated water
  • Self-flushing filters with floating load don’t need reservoirs for flushing water storage and additional flushing pumps

  • Minimal operational costs (no need in permanent maintenance staff; electricity consumption for own needs is not more than 0,002 kW for 1 m3 of treated water and is intended for automation and dispatching needs.
