Technology of the plant's operation
Belt filter press works based on a special moving band. The process begins with sediment supply to the dynamic mixer, where it is mixed with the reagent for a more effective moisture separation process.
Using a levelling scraper, the sediment is evenly distributed over the belt and moves into the pressing zone. In this zone the sediment is clamped between two belts and rollers with variable diameters. Due to the increase in pressure, it is dehydrated to the required values. Excess fluid comes through the belt and is collected in the tray. After that, the dehydrated sediment is removed from the belt.
The filtering belt is flushed with technical water under high pressure after dehydrated sediment discharge. Flushing water is collected in the lower tray and disposed into the industrial sewage system by gravity or in the pressure mode.
