System of industrial wastewaters treatment in container design

The containerized plant for treatment of industrial and storm wastewaters «Crystall-RK» of capacity 800 m3/day manufactured by UE «Polymerconstruction» was launched at one of the biggest oil extraction plants of the Volga Federal District– JSVC «Samaraagroprompererabotka». There was the following equipment in the scope of the delivery:

• Flotation plant with the reagent’s preparation and dosing unit;
• Clarifying pressure filters;
• Pressure sorption filters;
• Sludge treatment block on the basis of filter-belt press with the flocculant’s preparation and dosing plant installation and a conveyer screw.

All technological equipment had been installed in the container in factory conditions and that minimized the building works on site.
